Resend an affiliate's portal access in one click
You can now resend any affiliate a fresh sign-in link and code straight from their profile, so a missed welcome email is no longer a dead end.
Why we built it: an approved affiliate never received their welcome email, and there was no quick way to get them back in.
When an affiliate is approved, we email them a link to their partner portal. Sometimes that email gets filtered, or an email security scanner opens and expires the sign-in link before the affiliate can click it, and they are left unable to get in.
There is now a "Resend portal link" button on each affiliate's profile. It sends them a fresh link to their portal, along with a backup way to sign in using a short typed code, which does not get caught by email scanners.
We also cleaned up the approval screen an affiliate sees when they join: it no longer tells them to check their email if no email was sent, and it always shows them how to sign in with a code at your login page. Fewer affiliates stuck at the front door.
