Welcome to PartnerDock, operated by The SaaS Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at getpartnerdock.com and the PartnerDock platform.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the platform and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information. By accessing or using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Account and Service Use

Users can register by providing required information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms or engage in illegal activities.

Two Types of Users

Founders are Shopify app developers who create and manage affiliate programs on the platform. Affiliates (Partners) are individuals or organizations who apply to promote a Founder's app and earn commissions on referred installs or revenue. Each role has different permissions and responsibilities.

Subscription and Billing

The SaaS Hub charges a monthly or annual subscription fee for access to paid features. Billing is handled through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees and will notify you by email before any changes take effect. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Founding Member pricing, where applicable, is locked for the stated duration and cannot be transferred or extended.

Payments and Payouts

PartnerDock is a tracking and record-keeping tool. We do not process payments between Founders and Affiliates. Founders pay Affiliates directly (typically via PayPal) based on the commission records tracked in the platform. PartnerDock generates receipts for record-keeping purposes but is not a party to any payment transaction.

Affiliates must meet the minimum payout threshold to request a withdrawal. Founders are responsible for timely payment to affiliates. If a Founder does not pay an affiliate's approved commission, The SaaS Hub reserves the right to take action against the Founder's account, including suspension. The SaaS Hub does not guarantee payment to affiliates on behalf of Founders. The affiliate commission contract is between the Founder and the Affiliate.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate in the platform — affiliate records, referral data, commission history, and payout records. You can export your data at any time from your account settings. If you close your account, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you can request an export.

Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The SaaS Hub. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to: track or pay for fraudulent referrals, generate fake clicks or installs through automated means, attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary code from the platform, or use the platform in any way that violates applicable law.

User-Generated Content

You are responsible for any content you post or upload to the platform, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Links to Other Websites

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. The SaaS Hub has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." The SaaS Hub does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The SaaS Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to attribution errors, missed payouts, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email and update the effective date above. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The SaaS Hub operates.
