Custom commission rates on any paid plan
Setting a custom commission rate for an individual affiliate is now available on any paid plan, and the Free plan can set one custom rate to try it.
Why we built it: a founder wanted to give one affiliate a special rate and ran into a wall with no explanation.
Most of the time your program's default commission applies to everyone, but sometimes you want to give one partner a different deal, a higher rate for a top performer, or a special arrangement you negotiated.
Custom per-affiliate rates used to be limited to higher plans. They are now available on any paid plan. If you are on the Free plan, you can set one custom rate to see how it works before upgrading.
We also fixed a rough edge where saving a custom rate could quietly do nothing. If a save cannot go through, you now see exactly why instead of a button that looks like it did not respond.
