Migrate from Mantle Affiliates to PartnerDock

Step 1 — Export your data from Mantle

Export four CSV files from your Mantle dashboard before August 14. Mantle emails you a download link for each file. Save all of them — you'll upload them during your migration call.

1. Affiliates

Where: app.heymantle.com/affiliates
How: Open Affiliates → Export → select "One row per customer for each affiliate" (3rd option) → hit Export.
What it contains: affiliate names, emails, referral codes, commission terms, payout details. Mantle sends this as affiliates.csv.

2. Affiliate referrals

Where: app.heymantle.com/affiliates
How: From the same Affiliates page, run a second export → select "One row per affiliate for each affiliate program / app they're enrolled in" (2nd option) → hit Export.
What it contains: each affiliate per app, total commission, referral code. Mantle sends this as affiliate_memberships.csv.

3. Customers

Where: app.heymantle.com/customers
How: Apply the "Referred by affiliate" filter → Export → select "One row per customer for each app they have installed" (2nd option) → hit Export.
What it contains: referred customers and their Shopify domains. Mantle sends this as customers.csv.

4. Payouts (optional)

Where: app.heymantle.com/affiliates/payouts
How: Set filter to All → Export.
What it contains: full payout history. Include this if you want past payouts to carry over.

Important: three files are required (affiliates, affiliate referrals, customers). Payouts is optional but recommended.

Step 2 — Book your migration call

PartnerDock migrates Mantle programs via a free, personal call. On the call, we:

• Review your exported CSVs with you
• Import your affiliates, referrals, customers, and payout history
• Recreate your commission rules
• Set up your affiliate signup page
• Confirm your affiliates' existing links still work

Timeline from booking to live: typically 1–3 business days depending on program size.

Step 3 — Before your call: note your commission rules

Mantle's CSV exports capture affiliate data but may not capture every nuance of your commission setup. Before the call, note down:

• Your default commission rate or amount
• Commission type (revenue share %, fixed per install, first month only, recurring for X months, lifetime)
• Any special terms for specific affiliates or groups
• Payout threshold
• Any in-progress lifetime or multi-month commissions and which month they are on

You'll set these up in PartnerDock during the call.

Step 4 — Complete outstanding payouts in Mantle

Before migrating, run a final payout cycle in Mantle for affiliates with pending earned commissions. Mantle recommends completing all payouts before the shutdown date.

Checklist:

• Review all affiliates with pending commission balances
• Run your final payout batch (PayPal mass payout or manual)
• Mark all processed payouts as paid in Mantle
• Download and save your payout confirmation records

If some affiliates have small outstanding balances you cannot pay before the deadline, note them — PartnerDock's migration import carries unpaid balances forward so you can pay them after migration.

What carries over

• ✓All affiliates (name, email, referral code, status)
• ✓Affiliate referral history (which merchant was referred by which affiliate)
• ✓Customer records (referred Shopify stores)
• ✓Payout history (paid, pending, processing)
• ✓Unpaid commission balances
• ✓Commission rule structure
• ✓Lifetime and multi-month commission progress
• ✓Affiliate groups and custom terms

Your numbers stay consistent because PartnerDock reads from the same underlying data sources as Mantle — the Shopify Partners API and Google Analytics 4 with BigQuery.

What about existing affiliate links

This is the question we get most. The short answer: nothing changes for your affiliates.

Mantle links use this format:

PartnerDock preserves every affiliate's original referral code from Mantle during import. When existing links are clicked, GA4 reads the mref parameter and PartnerDock attributes the referral automatically.

Your affiliates can keep promoting with their existing links from day one. No emails to send, no link swaps, no broken URLs.

After migration, each affiliate also gets a new PartnerDock tracked redirect link (getpartnerdock.com/r/their-code) which provides additional tracking via a first-party cookie. Both formats work — affiliates can use whichever they prefer.

What happens after migration

Once your import is complete:

• You receive a login link to your PartnerDock founder dashboard
• All affiliates, referrals, and payout history are visible immediately
• Your affiliate signup page is live at getpartnerdock.com/p/[your-app-slug]
• Affiliates who already have a PartnerDock account see your app appear in their dashboard automatically
• Affiliates new to PartnerDock receive a login link — they set up their portal and their referral links are ready immediately
• Old Mantle links continue tracking via GA4 — no affiliate action needed
