Change your account email yourself
You can now update your PartnerDock account email right from Settings, with a verification code and a built-in way to reverse it if something looks off.
Why we built it: founders were emailing us just to change their account email. That should be self-serve, and it should be secure.
Until now, changing the email on your PartnerDock account meant emailing us. That is slower than it should be, and your account email is something you should be able to manage yourself.
You can now change it from Settings. We confirm it is really you, send a short code to your new address to verify you own it, and switch you over. We use a typed code rather than a click link, so it does not get caught and expired by email security scanners.
For peace of mind, your old address is notified whenever the email changes, with a one-step way to reverse it if it was not you, and other signed-in sessions are signed out at the same time. Founders and affiliates both have it, under Settings.
