Affiliates can now reach the right person
Set a program contact email so your affiliates message you directly about approvals and payouts — instead of guessing where to go.
Why we built it: an affiliate emailed us asking why their referrals weren't approved — but approvals are the founder's call, and there was no clear way for them to reach you. So we added one.
Your affiliates sometimes have questions only you can answer — why a referral is still pending, when a payout is coming. Until now, the portal didn't make clear that you (not PartnerDock) run the program, so those questions landed in the wrong inbox.
You can now set a contact email in Program Settings. Your affiliates see it in their portal as your program contact, with a one-click way to reach you — and clear wording that approvals and payouts are handled by you, so expectations are set from the start.
It's a small change that keeps your affiliate relationships direct and stops questions getting lost. Set your contact email under Program Settings to turn it on.
