Commission rates that climb automatically as affiliates grow
Set referred-store thresholds on your commission tiers, and affiliates move up to a higher rate on their own as they bring in more stores. No manual bumping.
Why we built it: founders asked for a rate that rises with a partner's volume, for example 20 percent to start and 40 percent once they have referred enough stores, without having to track it and move people by hand.
You could already create named commission tiers and assign affiliates to them. Now those tiers can escalate on their own. On any commission group you can set a threshold, a number of referred stores, and an affiliate who reaches it is automatically moved up to that tier. Build a ladder, for example 20 percent, 30 percent at 10 stores, and 40 percent at 25 stores, and your partners climb it as they grow.
It is designed to be safe and predictable. It only ever moves a partner up, so a store churning never silently drops their rate. It never overrides a tier you assigned by hand. And it is forward-looking: the higher rate applies to their new referrals, while their existing referrals keep the terms they were earned under.
The escalation runs automatically on each revenue sync, and there is a recalculate button if you want to apply it immediately. You will find it in Program settings under Affiliate groups: check 'Make this an automatic tier' on a group and set the store threshold. Available on any paid plan.
