Reinstalls get credited correctly
When a merchant reinstalls your app through an affiliate link, the right partner now gets the credit.
Why we built it: founders migrating existing programs saw returning merchants who reinstalled, and their affiliates weren't being credited.
Merchants sometimes remove an app and add it again later. When that reinstall comes through an affiliate's link, the affiliate should be credited for bringing the store back.
Reinstalls are now attributed to the affiliate who drove them, so your partners are recognised for every store they genuinely bring you — first time or returning.
