Add affiliates and credit stores yourself

Sometimes an affiliate brings you a merchant through a channel that wasn't tracked automatically, and you simply want to record it.

You can now add an affiliate in a couple of clicks, and assign a specific store to them so they get the credit they've earned.

Once a store is assigned, its revenue attaches on its own from then on — you don't have to touch it again.
