# PartnerDock

> PartnerDock is affiliate management software built specifically for Shopify app founders. It's the dedicated replacement for the affiliate layer of Mantle (shutting down August 14, 2026) — referral tracking, commission management, affiliate portals, and payout records. Built by The SaaS Hub.

Core promises (true on every plan, permanently): no revenue caps, 0% payout commission, free hands-on Mantle migration via a personal call, mref link compatibility (existing Mantle affiliate links keep working), org-level affiliates (one login across all your apps), consolidated cross-app payouts with PDF receipts.

Attribution: deterministic and exact when the app carries the affiliate's referral code through the install — the code (ref / mref / utm_source, all equivalent) rides the Shopify OAuth state (app-managed installs) or the app's first load (Shopify-managed / token-exchange installs) and is matched exactly to the affiliate. Supporting layers: pd_click cookie, Shopify Partner API sync (revenue-grade), and GA4/BigQuery reconciliation for App Store installs. Uncertain matches (30-day last-click window) are never auto-approved — they wait for founder confirmation, so a stray click can't mis-pay.

Commissions: revenue share, fixed per-install, or fixed first-month, with an optional duration window (first-year vs lifetime). Named commission groups/tiers and per-affiliate custom rates on paid plans. Versioned terms — editing a rate never rewrites a partner's historical commissions; changes apply to new referrals, or going-forward from a date you pick, so already-earned commission is never clawed back.
